Warranty Policy

1. TalentMed guarantees the merchandise are 100% brand-new.

2. TalentMed guarantees all main units of product against all defects or deficiency in material, workmanship or otherwise for a period of eighteen (18) months from the date of factory shipment.

3.TalentMed also guarantees accessories against all defects or deficiency in material, workmanship or otherwise for a period of six (6) months from the date of factory shipment.

4. TalentMed distributors shall be responsible for any services to End Users.

5.TalentMed guarantees full assistance of after-sale service.

6. Repair of product is to be performed only by TalentMed or its distributors. If the defected parts are allowed to be returned for repairing within the period of warranty, the freight charges to TalentMed shall be paid by the distributor
